If you would like to commission a piece of art, please fill out the brief form below to join the waitlist. I’ve also included an FAQ below to cover some of the questions you might have about the process or details of the form.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

WHAT SIZE COMMISSIONS DO YOU OFFER? WHAT ARE THE PRICES?

On this page you will see commission samples representing the four different types/sizes of artwork. They are:

A) Sketch Card 2.5” x 3.5” - Mixed Media, Limited Palette - $200
B) Art Card 2.5” x 3.5” - Oil Painted - $500
C) Oil Painted Bust - 8” x 10” - bust, minimal background - $1000
D) Oil Painted Figure - 11” x 14” - 1/2 to 3/4 body, minimal background - $2000

All cards will come shipped in a One Touch magnetic card holder.

All paintings will come framed and double matted to protect the painting in transit and so you can hang it immediately when you receive it!

WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING BIGGER/DIFFERENT THAN THESE OPTIONS?

These sizes work to help me balance my commercial work with private commissions, however I would never say “never”. If you have a compelling idea that varies from these options, then I’m happy to discuss it with you. Simply join the waitlist, put it in the comments, and we can have a discussion about it when the time comes to see if it makes sense for both of us.

HOW DO YOU SELECT COMMISSIONS?

Commissions are typically offered in order based upon when you joined the waitlist, however there are some exceptions. For example, active members of my Patreon VIP Collector Tier will be given priority (please use the same email address to sign up for both). Also please note that I sometimes offer a small block of commissions for specific conventions and those are handled separately from this waitlist.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY COMMISSION IS SELECTED?

You will be notified via email. At that time we can discuss any changes in your request and I’ll let you know my current prices which may have changed since you signed up. You can then choose to go forward, delay until the next batch (once), or back out entirely.

Please note that if several days pass without a response to the initial email or if there are delays in the initial payment, I may be forced to move on to the next person in line.

HOW IS PAYMENT HANDLED?

If we move forward with your commission, then I will request 1/2 payment up front to lock in your spot. The remainder is to be paid once the piece is finished and before shipment. The buyer is also responsible for shipping and service fees (such as Paypal fees).

WHAT WILL MY EMAIL ADDRESS BE USED FOR?

You will occasionally, but very rarely, be notified of my original art when it becomes available. I have no intention of spamming you with emails nor will I give your email address to anyone else. I simply want to you to be aware of original art opportunities that might satisfy your commission sooner.
